NYFW: Victoria Beckham's First Ever Full-Scale Runway Collection

After observing the two moments of silence in honor of the victims of September 11th, Victoria Beckham presented her first full-scale runway show. Hourglass shapes and body con silhouettes are de rigueur with her style and this season's dresses hit the mark splendidly. In addition, there were oversize jackets, looser pieces and utility detailing, a bit of a focus change from past designs, but very well integrated.

Spring 2012's styles features structured shapes and fabrics, colorblocking and the occasional sheer inset at the hips where a belt might otherwise go. Stretch fabrics, exposed zips and I think her first ever flat shoes seemed to be a nod to a more laid back Californian lifestyle. This season's palette was black, navy and white with a pop of vibrant orange.

My favorite look for the season? The sporty/elegant creme ensemble!

Just 9 weeks after delivering her fourth child, daughter Harper, Victoria Beckham looked as sleek and stylish as ever. And little Harper is positively adorable!
