Family Fun Faire this Saturday in Burlingame: "Touch-a-Truck"

Burlingame, CA — The seventh annual Touch-a-Truck Fun Faire is a unique community event where hundreds of families from all over the Bay Area bring their kids to climb and explore the many varieties of utility vehicles on display in a fun and educational environment.  The parking lot of the Learning Links Preschool in Burlingame is magically transformed into an interactive play museum for kids of all abilities. The event is run by Community Gatepath staff and parent volunteers who secure trucks, diggers, tractors, police, SWAT, fire and military vehicles that set the stage for exploring.  The Fun Faire will also include face painting, arts and crafts activities, and so much more.

For over 90 years, Community Gatepath (Gatepath) has been supporting individuals
with special needs and disabilities throughout their lives – from childhood through adulthood. Gatepath’s Learning Links Preschool offers an inclusive program for children with special needs with therapy services and care coordination onsite. This event helps fund Gatepath’s programs like Learning Links, and offers children with special needs and disabilities an accessible, social and sensory-friendly experience in an inclusive setting.  This event would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors Bailard Investing RedefinedBronzini Dental GroupUrban Sitter and Whole Foods.
